The team from Creative Seychelles Agency, the organiser and facilitator, had meetings with La Pirogue Bar and Restaurant's team (where the event will be officially launched on 23rd April), as well as with vendors from Praslin who will be selling their goods at the Berjaya Praslin Beach Field from Saturday 27th-Sunday 28th April).

The event award ceremony and Gala dinner (paying activity-Rs1500/-) will be hosted on the 26th of April .
